New Member Registration Process (2026–2027)

We are excited to welcome new families! To help make enrollment and class registration easier, the process is completed in two phases.

Important Dates

  • April 17 – Class descriptions, costs, and availability posted on the website
  • April 17 – New family enrollment opens
  • April 30 at 9:00 AM – Class registration opens for approved new members (first come, first served)
  • August 19 – New member enrollment closes

Please note: New members will be accepted through August 19 and will become eligible to register for classes once all enrollment steps and background check requirements have been completed.

ALL FEES ARE NONREFUNDABLE.
 

Step 1: Review Class Offerings (Beginning April 17)

Visit the website to review class descriptions, costs, and availability to determine the best fit for your family.


Step 2: Complete New Family Enrollment (Opens April 17)

To begin, click “Join” at the top right of the website and complete the enrollment application.

Required Enrollment Steps

⇒ Complete your family profile
⇒ Upload a current headshot for each student

  • Photo is used for the yearbook
  • JPG, GIF, or PNG format
  • Headshot only (no full-body photos)

⇒ Upload a family photo to help identify parents on campus
⇒ Enter each student’s grade level as of August 31, 2026
⇒ Enter names and emails of adults who will volunteer (for background checks)
⇒ Select:

  • Number of students joining
  • Number of family members volunteering

⇒ Read and agree to:

  • Waiver
  • Code of Conduct
  • Volunteer Policy

⇒ Submit application

You will receive an email with approval and next steps once your application is reviewed. Invoice must be paid within 48 hrs.


Step 3: Volunteer Selection & Background Checks

After approval:

⇒ Select a volunteer position (link will be sent in approval email)
⇒ Commit to a CCHA event to assist with (link will be sent in approval email)
⇒ Watch for an email from Clear Investigative Advantage (CIA)
⇒ Complete the background check promptly

Important:

  • Background check results take approximately 48 hours to be received by Crestview
  • Results must be received before you can be approved for class registration
     

Step 4: Class Registration (Opens April 30 at 9:00 AM)

  • Registration is first come, first served
  • Families who have not completed all steps will not be eligible to register
  • New members may register anytime through August 19 once all requirements are complete
